Cancellation Policy

Appointments are reserved exclusively for you. To ensure fairness for both our artists and guests, we require 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or reschedules. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged 50% of the scheduled service, at the stylist’s discretion.
