Appointments and booking platforms

Appointments may be arranged through Square, Vagaro, or directly with a stylist. Available booking methods vary by stylist. Use accurate contact information so the salon or stylist can reach you about your appointment.

Square and Vagaro are separate providers with their own terms, privacy policies, and account requirements. Please review the terms presented by the platform you use. For help with an appointment, contact the salon or stylist responsible for it.

Our website does not offer online checkout. Any arrangements for services take place directly with the salon or your selected stylist.

Employee and independent stylists

Sustainery includes employee stylists and independently operated stylist businesses or booth renters. Independent stylists may manage their own schedules, service menus, pricing, client communications, and appointment policies. Please confirm the provider and applicable terms when booking.

Listing a stylist on the website does not mean that every stylist uses the same booking system or offers the same services. Contact us if you need help choosing the correct booking option.

Services and pricing

Services and pricing may vary by stylist. Prices described as "starting at" are estimates, and the final service plan and price may depend on hair length, density, condition, prior treatments, product requirements, and appointment time. Your stylist should discuss material changes to the planned services and price before proceeding.

Availability shown online is subject to confirmation in the booking system. Walk-ins are welcome when a suitable stylist and service time are available.

Cancellations and rescheduling

Our published cancellation policy requests at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may incur a charge of 50% of the scheduled service, at the stylist's discretion, subject to the policy disclosed when booking and applicable law.

Independent stylists may have their own clearly disclosed policies. Please review the policy provided for your appointment and contact your stylist directly to cancel or reschedule. If you are unsure which policy applies, ask before confirming the booking. Contact us promptly if you expect to arrive late so your stylist can discuss available options.

These terms do not limit your rights concerning services that fail to meet applicable legal standards.

Offers

Any special offer applies only to the services, stylists, dates, and conditions stated with that offer. Please confirm eligibility when booking. An offer for one stylist does not automatically apply to other providers at the salon.
