Cancellations
We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice are subject to a 50% fee.
Arrival Guidelines
Please arrive on time with dry hair styled as usual. Arrivals more than 15 minutes late may require a shortened or rescheduled appointment at the original service price.
No Show Policy
Missed appointments are subject to a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price. A credit card is required to secure your appointment; no upfront deposit is necessary.

For best results, please follow all provided aftercare instructions. I am not responsible for damage due to not following the recommended aftercare.
